OpenCode

Connect OpenCode to Lightweight for multi-model AI coding assistance.

OpenCode is an open-source AI coding assistant. Connect it to Lightweight to access all models through a single configuration.

Setup

1. Open Settings

   Launch OpenCode and navigate to the settings panel.

2. Select OpenAI-compatible provider

   In the provider dropdown, select OpenAI-compatible as the provider type.

3. Set Base URL

   Enter the Lightweight API base URL:

   https://api.lightweight.one/v1
   
4. Set API Key

   Enter your Lightweight API key:

   lw_sk_your-key-here
   
5. Save and start coding

   Save your settings. You can now use any model from the catalog by entering its name in the model selector.

OpenCode may not list Lightweight models in its dropdown. You can manually type any model name from the catalog (e.g. claude-sonnet-4.5, gpt-5.4) into the model field.
